We offer services such as Long-Term Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation Services to include Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy as well as 24-hour Skilled Nursing Care and Respite Care.

Many of our dedicated employees have been with us for years. All provide top-quality nursing and healthcare under the direction of your own physician with a spirit of kindness and compassion. At Summit Manor Health & Rehabilitation, we encourage family visits and involvement.

To provide the greatest peace of mind and better meet your needs, we accept admissions and readmissions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We will be here for you whenever you need us. Everything we do is designed with the goal of helping you get the most out of life in a setting where both the quality of care and the level of service are superior.
